Terms and Conditions

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to hello@miceconcierge.com.
For cancellations on or before 1 April 2025, a full refund will be provided minus the administration fee of €150.00.
For cancellations after 1 April 2025, no refund will be provided.
Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in Euro Currency. 

In the case of non-attendance, the paid registrations may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to the organisers before the conference.

ACI EUROPE reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the conference at any time.

Payment

Please note that a standard 4% processing fee is applied to all card payments. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing electronic transactions.
